Once you have confirmed your order in the Online Shop and clicked on "Continue to payment", you will be offered a range of differentpayment options to choose from. These payment methods are dependant on the currency you have selected to pay in and the country you live in, and will therefore be different from country to country.
Value add Tax (VAT) will be added to orders for customers in the European Union at the prevailling UK rate. You will be able to see how much VAT you will pay and your final total order value (including VAT) in the summary at the bottom of the online shopping basket. A promotion code will entitle you to additional discount off your whole order. If you have received a promotion code to use on our website, please ensure that you type the correct code on the 'View basket' page, and remember to click on 'Apply code' to ensure that the discount is applied to your order.
The 'save basket' function allows you to add tests to your basket, to save your order should you not wish to make payment immediately, and to return to your order at a later date to complete the transaction.
