These four items have been moved under the new Tests tab. To access them simply click the Tests tab and select the one you want.
To request a new password please
click here and enter the email address used while registering. You will then be sent a new password by email.
1 Go to the Online shop on the Institutional site.
2 Select the currency you would like to pay in (this is an indicative value only).
3 Select the tests and quantities you would like to buy. You can also choose to pay to upload your school logo in the Learning Management System.
4 Click on ‘Add to basket’ after every exam type you have chosen.
5 Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’.
6 Click on 'Confirm order'. If you haven’t already registered, you will be prompted to Register at this stage. If you have already registered you will be asked to Log in. Fill in the registration form and click ‘Register’. Confirm your details and click on ‘Save registration details’.
7 Click on ‘Continue to payment’.
8 On the payment page, select the currency you would like to pay in. You will be offered a range of payment options to choose from, depending on your country.
9 Select a payment option and click ‘Continue’.
10 Check your payment details.
11 Click ‘Submit’.
At the end of your transaction, if your payment has been processed successfully, you will see a confirmation page confirming your order which you can print for your information.
For online payment methods, such as credit/debit cards, once your payment has been processed successfully you will receive an email confirming payment has been made, which will contain instructions on how to access a pdf version of your invoice.
For other methods of payment, there will be a delay (depending on your choice of payment) while the payment is cleared by the bank, before you receive an email confirming payment has been made, which will contain instructions on how to access a pdf version of your receipt.
To access the pdf invoice, you will need to have installed Adobe Reader on your computer. This program is free and can be downloaded from http://www.adobereader.com
Check that you have received a confirmation email confirming your purchase has been successful. Then go to the Launch OLMS tab to see the tests you have bought.
If you cannot see your tests in the Launch OLMS tab please go to the Support tab, click on Contact Us and complete the online form.the online form.
No. We operate a no refunds policy. You can see what a test is like by trying a free sample before you buy. Go to the Online shop tab and click on ‘Try a free sample' for the exam you are interested in. This will give you access to a small amount of sample material to try. If you require more information please go to our Terms & Conditions found at the bottom of the Online Shop page.
Select the tests you wish to buy in the Online shop, and click on 'Proceed to checkout’. On this page you will find a field to enter your Promotional code. You will then be prompted to register or log in before you can confirm your order.
Remember to click on ‘Apply code’ once you have entered the promotional code to ensure that it is applied to your order.
We recommend you watch the movie about the Learning Management System (LMS). You can find it on the Browse page of the Online shop, or on the Get started page in the LMS, along with other helpful information. You can access all of that by clicking on the Get started button on the homepage of the LMS.
Please refer to the help notes on the ‘Import from files’ page in the Learning Management System. There is a sample csv file on that page. Make sure all your rows and columns contain the correct information. It is important your data is loaded in exactly the same way.
