This quick-start guide will take you through the steps for using practice tests with your students using the oxfordenglishtesting.com Learning Management System (OLMS).

STEP 1: Creating students and classes

You need to create your students and put them into classes before starting to use practice tests.

STEP 2: Allocating teachers to your classes

Once your classes are created you need to allocate them a teacher, you can create extra teachers with their own log in details if needed.

STEP 3: Assigning a practice test

When assigning the test you have a number of options, including when the test will be available, whether students can see their results and a choice of notification options to tell you when tests have been completed.

STEP 4: Track your students' progress, reassign tests in practice mode, adding students to an assignment and changing the assignment settings

Once your students have been assigned their tests you may need to make changes to the assignment.

STEP 5: View your students' results and marking writing and speaking

When your students have finished their tests you can view their results in a single table, download the results and email a results card to your students.
