You can modify any of the settings from the original assignment by following the instructions below:

1. Select the students you wish to change, then click the modify button.
2. Select the setting you wish to change and enter the new setting.
3. Click the next button.
4. If required, enter a message into the email.
5. Click the confirm and send button at the bottom of the page.

The change has now been made and an email has been sent to the students notifying them.

Students that have been added to a class will not automatically be added to the assignments. To add students to an assignment follow the instructions below:

1. Click the add students button.
2. Click the students you wish to add.
Note:
Students who already have the assignment MUST remain ticked.
3. Click the next button.
4. Check the details of the assignment and make changes if necassary.
5. Click the next button.
6. Check the summary carefully. You will see the default email that will be sent to your students. You can add an optional message to this email.
7. Click the confirm and send button to send the email.

Once your students have finished a Test mode assignment you can reassign it in Practice mode so the students can check their answers using the help features. To do this:

1. Tick the students you wish to reassign the assignment to.
2. Click the reassign button.

Now, when you view the list of assignments in Track you will see both the practice and test mode assignments.

If students leave your class before starting any of the test you can remove them from the assignment and reclaim the test licence. To do this:

1. Select the students you wish to remove.
2. Click the archive / remove button.

The students will no longer appear in the list and the test licences will now be available to assign to other students.
