This quick-start guide will take you through the steps to use the Oxford Young Learners Placement Test.

Important:

You need to check that each computer you will use for testing meets the minimum system requirements for the test to work.

 

STEP 1: Set up groups of students who will be taking the Young Learners Placement Test

You need to create your students in groups before they can take the test.

STEP 2: Assign tests and email/print out log-in details

When assigning the test you have a number of options, including when the test will be available, whether students can see their results and a choice of notification options to tell you when tests have been taken.

STEP 3: Help your students take the test

Your students can now log in to take the test.

STEP 4: View placement test results

Once your students have taken their tests you can:

  • View their results in a table.
  • Download the results.
  • Print results cards for your students.
